Every client request, resolved in one place.
Resolved turns emails, web forms and portal requests into tickets your team can work, and gives each client a support portal in your own name.

Resolved is a customer support ticketing system for B2B companies: software vendors, IT providers, agencies and consultancies that support business clients.
It combines a shared inbox, a client portal branded in your name, email to ticket, web forms with an AI assistant, a knowledge base, assignment rules and SLA timers in one workspace.
Everything a small support team needs, nothing it has to configure for weeks
A new workspace is ready to take tickets the moment you sign up. Statuses, priorities, SLAs and a support team are set up for you and can be changed later.
One inbox for every channel
Email, web forms, the client portal and tickets logged by your team all land in the same queue with the same statuses, priorities and SLA clocks.
A portal in your client's eyes, in your name
Your logo and colour, your support address. Clients raise requests, see what happens next and reply online. Resolved stays out of sight.
Email becomes tickets, replies stay threaded
Connect one or more support mailboxes. New mail opens a ticket, replies attach to it, and people on CC stay in the loop automatically.
Web forms with an assistant
Share a link or embed a form on your site. Visitors fill it in or describe the problem in chat and the assistant drafts the ticket.
Routing, SLAs and priority that are assessed, not declared
Rules send tickets to the right person or team. SLA timers run per priority. Priority is assessed from the content, not from the caps lock in the subject.
Knowledge base with per-client visibility
Write articles once. Show them to your team only, to every client, or to specific clients. Rich text with images, no separate tool.
Live in an afternoon
Create your workspace
Sign up with your work email. Your workspace comes with statuses, priorities, SLA policies and a support team already configured.
Connect the ways requests arrive
Point your support mailbox at Resolved, add a web form to your site, upload your logo and share your portal link with clients.
Work the queue
Tickets arrive assigned by your rules. Reply from the ticket, add internal notes, resolve, and the client hears about it by email and in the portal.

Frequently asked
What is Resolved?
Resolved is a customer support ticketing system for B2B companies: software vendors, IT providers, agencies and consultancies that support business clients. It combines a shared inbox for tickets, a client portal branded in your name, email to ticket, web forms with an AI assistant, a knowledge base, assignment rules and SLA timers in one workspace.
How much does Resolved cost?
$15 per agent per month. Every plan includes unlimited clients, tickets, forms and knowledge base articles. There is a 14-day free trial and your card is not charged until the trial ends.
Do my clients need an account to raise a ticket?
No. Clients can email your support address or fill in a web form without an account and receive updates by email. If they sign in to your portal they can also track every request, see who is handling it, and reply online.
Can clients see my other clients' tickets?
No. Each client only sees its own requests. A client admin can see everyone in their company; a regular client user sees only what they raised or were copied on.
